Job summary

Famlink Power is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (Solar Energy) to support sales operations and expand its presence in Pakistan's solar energy and power backup market. The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and proactive pursuit of sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of sales experience, a relevant degree, and a practical, target-driven approach to achieving business targets through dealers, distributors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in solar energy, inverters, lithium batteries, electrical products, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including good English communication.
• Confident negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Assist in expanding Famlink Power's sales network across Pakistan's cities.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, sales targets, orders, and customer requirements.
• Visit dealers and customers to support business development and strengthen relationships.
• Help prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and monitor market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and customer support.
• Stay informed about competitor activities, market demand, and developments in the solar energy industry.
• Support promotional activities, product presentations and dealer meetings.
