Job summary

LONGi Solar is seeking an entry-level Business Development Officer to join the Pakistan team. You will perform daily fieldwork visiting dealer stores, collect market data, and interact with sales/marketing teams to learn solar business operations and channel management.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the role involves field work and store visits within the assigned city. After one year of strong performance, there may be opportunities to transition into more senior sales roles with LONGi.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned city.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze competitor activities: pricing, products, channel policies and promotions.
• Support flagship store operations, monitor data, assist training, and implement sales SOPs; conduct regular store visits.
• Collect and report price data to ensure market alignment.
• Assist in co-marketing activities and local events to strengthen LONGi’s brand presence.
• Be on the ground daily, building dealer relationships and ensuring brand visibility at stores.
