Job summary

Zam Software Solutions in Islamabad is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure reliable and secure digital products. You will review requirements, design test plans, and execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across browsers and devices.

You’ll document defects, collaborate with developers, and support release readiness throughout the product lifecycle. The role emphasizes strong analytical thinking, clear documentation, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing web applications or software products across browsers and devices.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, QA processes, defect life cycle, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, complete, and maintainable test cases based on requirements.
• Experience performing functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and exploratory testing.
• Proficiency with issue tracking and test management tools, including accurate defect reporting and follow-up.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, browser developer tools, and test data preparation is preferred.
