Job summary

SoftSquare is hiring a QA tester to plan and execute testing across multiple devices, platforms, and browsers in an agile environment. You will develop test plans, document results and drive quality across sprints.

The role requires experience in manual and automated testing, familiarity with SQA practices, and a BS-CS/BE/BIS degree. Strong problem solving and a drive to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
• Experience in manual testing and automation.
• Knowledge of SQA methodologies and practices.
• 1–2 years of QA experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in BS-CS/BE/BIS from a reputed university.
• Strong problem solving, self-drive, and ability to complete tasks without follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Team Lead, Project Manager, and Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans, maintain documentation and perform testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers;
• Performance testing experience in JMeter including API testing;
• Use one or more Testing Automation Frameworks: Detox, Cypress, Appium, Robotium, Selenium, Cucumber;
• Cover all the phases of QA testing: System (functional and non-functional), Integration, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory, Performance, Data verification and Acceptance testing;
• Work and Coordinate with Team lead, Project manager, and Business analyst.

Requirements
