Position

The Back Engineer is primarily responsible for providing development, enhancement, troubleshooting and maintenance of the current web portal, and the development of new features to the web portal. The ideal candidate has the desire to learn new things, try new technology, and seek opportunities to grow and mentor. The position requires developing high‑quality software with React JS and the .NET framework, and .NET, meeting functional requirements and the architectural direction of the senior team.

Job Requirements

• Developing new features using .NET and enhancing existing using .NET framework
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web‑capable devices and browsers
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code
• Author unit tests, ensuring acceptable code coverage
• Revise, update, and refactor existing code
• Work with QA team and other engineers in debugging issues in existing systems
• Participate in requirements analysis
• Develop software documentation for developed source code
• Aid in technical support of production systems
• Triaging production AWS based windows instances when the need arises

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years React JS development - thorough understanding of React and its core principles
• 4+ years .NET/C# development
• 4+ years SQL Server development
• 5+ years web development
• 2+ years AWS experience Microsoft SQL Server administration and support Windows Server management AWS EC2 and S3 administration Server maintenance, patching, and operational support Understanding and use of DevOps as part of the development process Experience working for a SaaS based company developing a cloud‑based solution, a plus
