Job summary

Reach First in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi, is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage social channels for multiple clients. You will research client industries, create relevant content, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain monthly calendars from concept to publication.

You will craft engaging captions, design graphics with Canva/Adobe tools, schedule posts across platforms, monitor performance, and ensure branding consistency and quality across all client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in a relevant field from a reputed university.
• Certification in social media marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with onboarding new clients by creating social media accounts, obtaining access, and optimizing profiles.
• Research client businesses, industries, competitors, and target audiences to create relevant content.
• Plan, create, and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
• Develop content ideas based on seasonal trends, holidays, weather, and campaigns.
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice.
• Design social media graphics, carousels, reels, and blog images using Canva or similar tools.
• Manage the complete content creation process from concept to final publication.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and others.
• Promote blogs, website updates, and marketing campaigns via social media.
• Maintain and update social media profiles, branding, and business information.
• Handle client content approvals where required.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy and branding consistency.
• Monitor scheduled posts and resolve publishing issues when necessary.
• Organize and maintain client assets, content calendars, and project folders.

Position Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage social media accounts for a variety of clients across different industries. The ideal candidate will research client businesses, create relevant content, coordinate with internal teams, manage publishing schedules, monitor account performance, and ensure all work is delivered according to company processes and quality standards.

Education & Professional Qualification

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in social media marketing is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year+ of proven working experience in a related field.

Requirements

• Candidates should be proficient in visual design, specifically creating social media graphics, carousels, video reels, and blog imagery using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Good understanding of branding and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
