Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media community strategies to increase engagement, foster brand loyalty, and drive growth
• Cultivate a vibrant and supportive online community by creating and sharing relevant content, initiating discussions, and encouraging user-generated content.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to showcase user testimonials, success stories, and customer feedback to strengthen community trust and credibility.
• Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns, contests, and events to drive participation and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve community engagement strategies and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track community growth, engagement levels, sentiment, and other relevant metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders
