Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in social media design and ads
• Portfolio showing actual social media work (personal projects count if high quality)
• Strong graphic design fundamentals and visual sense
• Figma - mandatory
• Strong portfolio with social media and ad work
• Good communication and ability to work with deadlines
• Understanding of marketing-focused and conversion-driven design

Responsibilities
