Job summary

You will work closely with Marketing & Ads teams to develop concepts, variations, and conversions. The role demands a 2-3 year track record in social media design, a strong portfolio, and mandatory Figma proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and social media work.
• Portfolio showing actual social media work (personal projects allowed if high quality).
• Strong graphic design fundamentals and visual sense.
• Experience designing social media and paid ad creatives.
• Figma — mandatory.
• Strong portfolio with relevant social media and ad work.
• Good communication and ability to work with deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing-focused and conversion-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and reels.
• Design high-performing Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad creatives.
• Create creative variations for A/B testing.
