Job summary

adidas is seeking a Manager, Social & Environmental Affairs in Pakistan to implement social compliance policies across in-scope factories and designated T2 sites. You will monitor audits, remediation, grievance follow-up, and reporting while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include identifying risks in the supply chain, advising remediation options, conducting training, and contributing to monthly SEA data and program initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields; Occupational Health & Safety or Human Rights preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with social, labor, health, safety or environmental compliance.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEA policies, programs and projects in the country.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and propose mitigations.
• Conduct social compliance audits and track remediation.
• Supervise external auditors for consistency and quality.
• Engage with suppliers and internal teams to drive improvements.
• Support monthly SEA reporting and data integrity.
• Contribute to strategic SEA program initiatives.
