Job summary

Adidas Group is seeking a seasoned professional for development and commercialization leadership in Lahore. The role focuses on driving manufacturability, material standards, and cost targets while coordinating with Tier1 factories and HQ design teams to ensure value creation and product integrity.

You will influence multiple global functions and external partners, solve complex issues, and model inclusive leadership. Strong English and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of product engineering, development and commercialization timelines.
• Ability to read shell patterns, 2D/3D blueprints, BOM and CBD.
• Strong costing understanding and effective problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and commercialization process of assigned products with Tier1 factory teams.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure manufacturability, material standards and cost targets.
• Upgrade technical applications and introduce new technology in development and engineering.
• Coordinate between HQ and Tier1 factory to uphold Create to Value and product integrity.
• Influence HQ Design, Marketing, Brand Ops and external parties to resolve conflicts.
• Make day-to-day decisions and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Role model leadership to foster Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the workplace.
