Job summary

Power Cement Limited is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage the organization’s server, network, and IT infrastructure. The role requires monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and supporting LAN/WAN, VPN, and inter-site communications.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in network administration, solid hands-on Cisco/Ruckus/H3C experience, and strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange skills. Certifications are preferred and a hybrid/onsite setup may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Network Administrator.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco (L2/L3), Ruckus, and H3C switching technologies.
• Excellent understanding of VLANs, Trunking, Inter‑VLAN Routing, STP, WAN Connectivity, WAN Load Balancing, and Failover Solutions.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Fortinet Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
• Hands‑on experience with IPSec VPNs, Site‑to‑Site VPNs, Remote Access VPNs, and Network Security Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange Administration.
• Experience in Microsoft Exchange mailbox management, email routing, Outlook support, and email security administration.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization platforms and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of SAN/NAS Storage Solutions, Backup Technologies, and Disaster Recovery Practices.

Responsibilities
