Job summary

Tiny Tikes is seeking a Shopify Assistant and Accounts Support to help manage online retail operations from their Lahore base. Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with Shopify administration, product catalog updates, order processing, and inventory control.
• Basic bookkeeping skills, including sales recording, expense tracking, invoice checking, and payment reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filters, formulas, and organized data entry.
• Careful attention to detail when handling prices, stock quantities, customer information, and financial records.
• Ability to monitor multiple orders and tasks, meet deadlines, and follow documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, stock availability, and order status in Shopify.
• Process and monitor customer orders, returns, refunds, and shipment coordination.
• Respond to routine customer queries through approved business channels and escalated complex issues.
• Maintain sales, expense, payment, and reconciliation records using spreadsheets or accounting software.
• Verify invoices, receipts, cash-on-delivery records, and payment entries for accuracy.
• Prepare routine reports covering orders, sales, inventory discrepancies, and outstanding transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and purchasing teams to resolve operational issues.
• Protect customer and company information while following established retail procedures.
