Qualifications

• Experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
• Ability to count, inspect, label, store products accurately.
• Proficient with stock registers and POS systems.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling awareness.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and arrange incoming merchandise according to store procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels, movement, damages, and shortages.
• Prepare stock replenishment requests and coordinate with suppliers or internal purchasing teams.
• Supervise shop opening, closing, cleanliness, visual organization, and secure handling of merchandise.
• Assist customers with product information, availability, and routine purchase inquiries.
• Support billing, cash-handling controls, sales records, and end-of-day reconciliation as assigned.
• Conduct regular stock counts and promptly report discrepancies or operational issues.
• Guide shop assistants on basic store procedures and help maintain excellent service standards.
