PepsiCo is seeking a Plant Production Operations professional to oversee shift-based line management, ensuring material availability and line staffing to meet production targets. You will drive safety culture, coordinate workloads, and monitor performance with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role involves close collaboration with frontline supervisors, managing rosters, and ensuring adherence to the DLS scorecard while maintaining production efficiency and material control on the floor.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering or related discipline (Mech/Elect/MTS/Chemical).
• Experience in shift production environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure availability of material on production lines.
• Ensure availability of packers/helpers on lines.
• Compliance to DLS scorecard.
• Monitor inventory levels against target levels of operating supplies.
• Issuance of duty rosters of packers / helpers (90).
• Monitor & Deliver Line & Material efficiencies.
