Drive the implementation of maintenance methodologies, root cause analysis, and breakdown elimination initiatives to enhance asset performance and operational efficiency.

Take ownership of maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects for the PET Line, focusing on sustainable performance enhancements.
Identify, develop, and implement technical solutions to improve machine efficiency, reliability, and overall operational effectiveness.
Identifyequipment upgrades, technical modifications, and capital investment projects to strengthen operational capability and future readiness.
Contribute to annual maintenance budget planning,monitorexpenditure against approved budgets, and ensure effective cost control.
Analyze maintenance cost variances and implement corrective actions tooptimizespending whilemaintaininghigh standardsof equipment performance and reliability.
Develop and execute Competence Building Plans (CBP) for maintenance teams.
Organize andfacilitatetechnical training programs for engineering and maintenance personnel.
Promote the sharing of technical knowledge, best practices, andOne-PointLessons (OPLs).
Act as a key liaison between Production and Engineering teams.
Support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Proactively contribute to the elimination of quality losses, safety risks, and chronic technical issues.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams focused on process and packaging optimization projects.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, beverage, packaging, or consumer goods industries.
Hands-on experience with filling, packaging, and preferably PET manufacturing operations.
Practical exposure to maintenance planning, execution, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supervising technicians, contractors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance and breakdown analysis techniques.
Ability to lead improvement projects and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong focus on KPIs, performance indicators, and delivering measurable business results.
