Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Sheikhupura invites a dynamic Shift Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will drive end-to-end maintenance excellence across Dairy, Juice, and PET operations with a focus on the PET Line, ensuring asset reliability and minimal downtime.

You will lead preventive/predictive programs, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and suppliers to elevate operational performance. Strong teamwork and technical leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Hands-on experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or packaging beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Experience supervising technicians, contractors, suppliers, and third-party service providers advised.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs across PET End of Line operations to ensure high-quality maintenance and maximum equipment reliability.
• Drive root cause analysis and breakdown elimination to improve asset performance.
• Ensure optimal utilization of maintenance resources to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Own maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects for the PET Line.
• Identify and implement technical solutions to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and execute capital investment projects to strengthen operational capability.
• Contribute to annual maintenance budget planning and monitor expenditure against budgets.
