Job summary

PARCO - Pak-Arab Refinery Limited is seeking a SharePoint Developer on a contractual basis to design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions that support business processes.

The role requires 5+ years in software development with hands-on SharePoint and Microsoft 365, plus strong knowledge of SPFx, Power Platform, REST APIs, and governance. It involves building SP sites, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and integrating with Teams and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software development with hands-on SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding: SharePoint Online architecture, SPFx, Power Platform, ALM, REST APIs, Graph API, and security.
• Experience with deployment processes, troubleshooting, documentation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, enhance, and maintain SharePoint apps using SPFx, PHP, .NET, JS/TS.
• Design and build custom SharePoint sites, web parts, extensions, forms, and workflows.
• Create and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows integrated with SharePoint.
• Design and manage databases with MySQL and MS SQL Server.
• Configure SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and DMS; ensure governance.
• Integrate SharePoint with Teams, Outlook, Power BI via REST APIs and Graph.
• Participate in deployment, release management, and ALM.
• Collaborate to gather requirements; ensure quality via testing and code reviews.
• Provide production support, optimize performance, and document system specs.
• Stay updated with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform improvements.

About The Role

The SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support business processes and collaboration.

Qualification and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, BBA (ERP Management), MBA or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with hands‑on experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, enhance, and maintain applications using SharePoint (SPFx), PHP, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related technologies.
• Design and develop custom SharePoint sites, web parts, extensions, forms, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Design, develop, and manage databases using MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Configure and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, and document management solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power BI, and external applications using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• Participate in application deployment, release management, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine business and system requirements.
• Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, debugging, and adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, deployment documents, and system specifications.
• Stay updated with emerging Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform technologies and recommend continuous improvements.
