• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and integration monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP integration solutions.
• Develop integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, RFCs, OData, REST, and SOAP.
• Collaborate with functional, business, and technical teams to define integration requirements and solutions.
• Establish integration standards, governance, and best practices.
• Manage end‑to‑end integration projects, including deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor integration developers and coordinate with external vendors and partners.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud integration initiatives.
• Prepare technical designs, specifications, and documentation.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, SAP BTP adoption, cloud integration, and digitalization initiatives.

PARCO is seeking applications for the position of SAP Integration Specialist (Contractual).

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Specialist to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands‑on integration expertise, and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Qualification and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience integrating SAP with cloud and third‑party enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and integration monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• 5+ years of SAP integration experience, including team leadership.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Good knowledge of SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, API Management, and Event Mesh.
• Strong understanding of IDoc, RFC, BAPI, OData, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration architecture and SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP Build Process Automation, including workflows, business rules, forms, approvals, and task automation.

Specific Skills

• SAP Integration Suite certification (Preferred)
• SAP BTP certification (Preferred)
• Experience with SAP cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or IBP.
• Exposure to Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of API and integration security standards (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
• Experience working with an SAP implementation partner firm will be an added advantage
