Job summary

Jobskey Consultancy seeks a ServiceNow ITOM Test Engineer to join a dynamic team working on enterprise-scale ITOM implementations. You will perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing, validating CMDB, discovery, service mapping and event management across integrations with monitoring and third-party tools.

The role requires 5+ years of testing experience, strong SQL data validation skills, and hands-on defect tracking with Jira, HP ALM or Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationship models.
• Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
