Techrystal LLC in Lahore is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. You will implement workflows, scripts, and UI components, and drive API integrations with REST and SOAP.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into robust technical solutions, adhering to best practices and ensuring stable deployments in multiple environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow functionalities.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Create and optimize workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Customize Service Portal and user interfaces to improve UX.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug, and ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and deployment procedures.
