Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to define the technical architecture and govern ITSM/ITOM platforms. You will lead design, CMDB/CSDM strategies, and AI-driven automation initiatives across the enterprise.

The role requires deep expertise in ITSM/ITOM, governance of AI capabilities, and strong leadership to drive multi-team projects in a regulated, high-availability environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation, incl. 2+ years as Architect/Tech Lead (ITSM/ITOM).
• Experience with AI Agent Studio, AI Agent Advisor, Now Assist, AI Control Tower.
• Design/review REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub solutions, MID Server architecture.
• CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM certs; Data Foundations preferred; CTA desirable.
• Experience in regulated, high-availability enterprise environments.
• Proven enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM implementations and CMDB/CSDM health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Design and govern ITSM processes, CMDB/CSDM, and ITOM capabilities.
• Architect AI-powered automation and governance frameworks.
• Review integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server to ensure reliability.
• Produce architecture documents, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and consultants; drive continuous improvement.
