Job summary

Systems Limited seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to drive end-to-end architecture for Telecom BSS ecosystems across multiple platforms and integrations. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and lead design workshops with cross-functional teams.

You will define API-led and event-driven patterns, ensure alignment with OSS, CRM, middleware, and digital channels, and guide implementation through governance and design reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or senior technical leadership
• Strong Telecom BSS domain experience
• Hands-on with CRM, OSS, middleware integrations
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise integration architectures
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging platforms
• Experience in cloud-native and containerized environments
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and communicate to technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across Telecom BSS platforms, applications, and integrations.
• Translate requirements into scalable, resilient solutions.
• Lead architecture design workshops with stakeholders.
• Define and govern API-led, integration, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
• Ensure alignment across BSS, OSS, CRM, middleware, and external systems.
• Design integration approaches covering APIs, messaging, data flows, and system interactions.
• Review technical designs, deployment strategies, and implementation plans.
• Ensure solutions follow architecture, security, integration, and tech standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
• Support governance, production readiness, and technical assurance activities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout delivery and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate architecture into implementation.
• Contribute to modernization and Digital BSS transformation initiatives.
