• Supervise daily pickup, delivery and in-house operations to meet targets.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and address service gaps.
• Lead and support service centre staff for productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate fleet and equipment for smooth service centre operations.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate when needed.
• Foster customer-centric culture and prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain operational records and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and utilization.
