Job summary

PRIME BPO is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Software Team in an on-site, day-shift role in Rawalpindi. The position emphasizes strong knowledge of search engine optimization, website performance, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies for long-term career growth.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of professional SEO experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in SEO (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of website structure, HTML, URLs, metadata, and basic technical SEO concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze SEO data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance and search engine visibility.
• Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.
• Develop and execute link-building and backlink acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with content writers and other teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
• Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, technical, and website optimization issues.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools.
• Continuously test and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Meet assigned SEO targets and contribute to overall digital growth.
