Job summary
PRIME BPO is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Software Team in an on-site, day-shift role in Rawalpindi. The position emphasizes strong knowledge of search engine optimization, website performance, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies for long-term career growth.
The candidate should have 2–3 years of professional SEO experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in SEO (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of website structure, HTML, URLs, metadata, and basic technical SEO concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Candidates must be comfortable working 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance and search engine visibility.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.
- Develop and execute link-building and backlink acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with content writers and other teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
- Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, technical, and website optimization issues.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools.
- Continuously test and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Meet assigned SEO targets and contribute to overall digital growth.
