Silicon Labs is seeking a Senior Wireless QA Engineer to lead Bluetooth testing and validation across Bluetooth Classic, BLE, mesh, and LE Audio. You will work with hardware engineers, software teams, and product managers to ensure high-quality wireless connectivity solutions for edge devices and IoT platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Bluetooth testing and automation.
• Experience with BLE, Bluetooth Classic, Mesh and LE Audio protocols.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive test plans for Bluetooth testing.
• Design and execute tests for Bluetooth profiles (A2DP, HFP, GATT, LE Audio).
• Validate protocol stack interoperability across platforms and OSes.
• Develop and maintain test scripts/tools (Python, Embedded C).
• Use protocol analyzers to capture and analyze Bluetooth traffic.
• Conduct performance, security, and interference tests to ensure robustness.
