Job summary

A.P. Moller Maersk in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Executive Operations to oversee daily warehousing activities, implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards to meet time limits.

You will lead receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and staff coordination, ensuring safety and accuracy while advancing efficiency and customer satisfaction across all warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must have in-depth knowledge of warehousing operations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Proficient in inventory and/or invoicing software.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments.
• Assigning works of daily planned activities of Warehouse.
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance.
• Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
• Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.
