Experts Communication in Karachi invites a Senior Upseller to own upselling strategies, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth in web and design services. Night shift is required (7:00 PM–4:00 AM).

You will identify high‑value opportunities, lead negotiations, mentor junior sales staff, and coordinate with design and development teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes, consistently hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales upselling or account management experience.
• Experience in web, design, digital, software services preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Strong client relationship and account management abilities.
• Leadership mindset; able to mentor junior sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Upselling: Identify and capitalize on high-value upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Revenue Growth: Drive monthly sales of 10K-15K through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize retention and repeat business.
• Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the upselling process and support junior sales team members with effective strategies and best practices.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-value negotiations and confidently close deals while maximizing business value.
• Client Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable web, design, development, and digital solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on web, design, and digital industry trends to communicate solutions and value effectively.
• Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly revenue targets.
