Aufgaben

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend additional services, upgrades, and packages.
• Present service proposals, negotiate pricing, and close upselling deals.
• Generate additional revenue through account upgrades, renewals, and service expansions.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent client follow-ups.
• Coordinate with account management and operations teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates.
• Consistently achieve monthly upselling targets and revenue KPIs.
