Job summary

Progressive Academic Services is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the RSP (Research & Writing Services) project. The role focuses on handling inbound leads from US clients, understanding requirements, and converting leads into sales on a night shift (9 PM–6 AM).

You will work to achieve monthly targets and collaborate with a global client base. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Sales/BD, strong English negotiation skills, and experience with international clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience dealing with US or international clients preferred.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working night hours according to the US market.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to leads from the US market through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and explain relevant RSP services professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with clients and confidently close sales.
• Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with the research/writing team for smooth project handover.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals.
