Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more relevant technical areas.
• Experience managing the clients’ interface aspects of implementation projects.
• Provides ongoing and/or ad-hoc advice / project support.
• Provides advice in relation to regulatory submissions to CMA and contributes to such submissions where IT matters are concerned.

Responsibilities

• Articulates the objectives of Technology, Data and Innovation Group division strategy.
• Provides leadership and direction for the development of proposals and delivery of initiatives, in collaboration with clients and colleagues, for all new implementation projects.
• Provides oversight and guidance to ensure effective implementation and client satisfaction.
• Develops, fosters and maintains strong and productive working relationships at a senior level with clients, across both ‘RTB’ and ‘CTB’ functions.
• Drives the implementation of innovative business change solutions, including Product and Group CIO wide initiatives.
• Represents the ‘Voice of the Customer’ within TDI/GTI division as it relates to the Products for which they are accountable.
• Provides Control and Performance oversight, analysis and insight, and supports interventions to address changing business needs.
