Job summary

State Bank of Pakistan in Karachi seeks an Innovation Hub Technologist to drive enterprise application development, integration, and go-live support. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage CI/CD pipelines, and maintain APIs and developer tooling.

A strong background in multiple programming languages and databases is required. You will lead technical evaluations, build sample code and documentation, and ensure governance with security and risk teams while delivering reliable platform

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise application development or implementation experience.
• Proficiency in .NET, C/C++, Java, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and ability to lead technical teams through deployments.
• Experience coordinating CI activities and testing automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and rationalize corporate IT needs with stakeholders.
• Budget and prepare business cases for budget approval.
• Research latest products and coordinate with OEMs or partners.
• Onboard participants and review architectures, integrations, and certifications.
• Own technical health of the Innovation Hub: APIs, sandbox, CI/CD, and services.
• Build tooling, SDKs, and reference integrations to speed up onboarding.
• Write documentation, guides, and certification checklists for participants.
• Run pilots/PoCs, recommend scaling or pivots, and manage governance with security teams.
• Monitor platform performance and assist troubleshooting for participants.
