Job summary

Systems Arabia is seeking a Senior CRM Technical Consultant to implement, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs and collaborate across design, development, data migration, testing, deployment, and support teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Dataverse, and strong C#/.NET and JavaScript skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including Tables, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Web Resources, and security components.
• Work with Dynamics 365 workloads including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Design and implement integrations using Web API, Custom APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Build and customize Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Develop Power Automate flows and workflow automation.
• Implement and configure the Dynamics 365 Security Model, including security roles, business units, teams, and access controls.
• Perform data migration activities including mapping, transformation, validation, cleansing, and data harmonization.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards where required.
• Manage Dynamics 365 solutions, environments, and deployments following ALM and solution management best practices.
• Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for build, release, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, testing, and release activities.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents, deployment documentation, and support documentation.
• Follow Microsoft-recommended development, security, performance, and architecture practices.
