Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a senior Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions. You will ensure scalability, security, integration, performance, ALM and governance across projects.

Responsibilities cover architecture design across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and other CRM workloads, plus leading data migration, security architecture, and DevOps strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE technical consulting and architecture.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Hands-on expertise in C#/.NET, JavaScript, Web API and custom APIs.
• Deep knowledge of data architecture, security, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, solution management and deployment.

• Define Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Security architecture.
• Lead data architecture and migration, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, and harmonization.
• Define Azure DevOps, CI/CD, environment, solution management, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, availability, and maintainability standards.
• Review technical designs and establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, and governance.
• Lead technical workshops, make architectural decisions, and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Technical Consultants and Developers.
• Support technical estimations, proposals, documentation, and client presentations.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft-recommended Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE technical consulting, development, and solution architecture.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
• Hands-on technical expertise in C#/.NET, Plugins, JavaScript, Web API, Custom APIs, Web Services, and Workflows.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Security, enterprise integration, data architecture, and migration.
• Experience with ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, solution management, and deployment.
• Good understanding of SSRS, Power BI, performance, scalability, and security.
• Strong architecture governance, technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architect-level certification is an advantage.
