Daraz is seeking a leader in Operations Excellence to own end-to-end logistics performance across Pakistan, driving governance and KPI alignment with Ops, Commercial, Product, and BI. You will lead data-driven analysis, build dashboards, and mentor a team to improve service levels and productivity.

You will champion Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and automation initiatives to scale performance, reduce costs, and ensure sustainable improvements across ground operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Business Administration.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Experience in data analytics, performance management frameworks, or operations strategy.
• 2-3 years in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations with focus on KPIs.
• Proven track record of driving improvements in service level, lead times, productivity or cost.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive end-to-end logistics performance across Pakistan, including SR, TTS to FA, G2N, FDs, and productivity KPIs.
• Establish and manage a robust performance governance framework (WBRs, MBRs, daily reviews) to track and improve performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance deviations and ensure timely closure of action plans with operations teams.
• Partner with venture operations teams to drive accountability and ensure corrective actions are executed on ground.
• Develop and refine KPI definitions, targets, and performance benchmarks aligned with business goals.
• Drive cross-functional alignment (Ops, Commercial, Product, BI) to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Lead data-driven performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time visibility.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and operations teams.
• Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and performance forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to automate performance tracking, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with BI and Product teams to develop scalable tools and dashboards.
• Reduce manual dependencies by implementing data-driven and system-led solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct process audits and RCA for recurring performance issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous performance improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of Operations Excellence associates and analysts.

• Ensure improvements are sustainable and embedded into daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate performance tracking, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with BI and Product teams to develop scalable tools and dashboards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Certifications in Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred).
• Additional exposure to data analytics, performance management frameworks, or operations strategy is highly advantageous.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on performance management and operational KPIs.
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in key metrics such as service level (SR), lead times (TTS/FA), productivity, or cost efficiency.
• Hands-on experience in performance governance (WBR/MBR), KPI tracking, and cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable interventions and drive implementation with operations teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (e-commerce/logistics preferred) with exposure to on-ground operational challenges.
• Prior experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or automation initiatives is a plus, but should be linked to business impact and performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of key logistics KPIs (SR, TTS, G2N, productivity, cost).
• Ability to drive end-to-end performance through target setting, tracking, and execution.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau and AI is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and perform structured root cause analysis.
• Experience in running performance cadences (WBR/MBR) and ensuring closure of action plans.
• Strong ownership with a focus on driving on-ground impact, not just analysis.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools, with a focus on business impact.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively to leadership.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
