Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in professional software development.
- Experience leading teams (Senior/Principal level).
- Proven MERN stack expertise across full-stack apps.
- Experience with Terraform, NestJS Monorepo and Turborepo.
- Familiarity with AWS security and PCI/PHI data handling.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor team members and drive technical excellence.
- Own projects end-to-end from requirements to delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to refine requirements and translate vision.
- Set KPIs, manage performance and development.
