Job summary

NETSOL Technologies is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth for Transcend Finance across priority markets. You will translate GTM priorities into integrated programs, and partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to align messaging and campaigns.

You will manage budgets, develop assets for multiple stages of the buyer journey, and optimize campaigns across regions including webinars and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related field.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong understanding of integrated demand generation, ABM, lead nurturing, paid media, email, SEO/SEM, and event-led demand generation.
• Experience applying AI-enabled workflows to account research, data enrichment, segmentation, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM priorities into integrated demand generation programs across regions.
• Build target account and contact lists based on ICPs and personas.
• Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, offers, and use cases with buyer pain points.
• Develop campaign assets with Content and Creative teams for different buyer journey stages.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing on webinars and events across regions with pre/post activation.
• Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid, email, organic, and partner channels.
• Coordinate with SDR and Sales on lead handoff, follow-up, and progression to opportunities.
• Use account data to improve target selection, prioritization, and measurement.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize investment based on ROI and pipeline.
• Track MQLs, SALs, meetings, opportunities, and CAC; report to leadership.
