Nextline in Rawalpindi is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You will build lasting client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive performance against KPIs in a high-activity environment.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to a data-driven sales culture, and collaborate with teammates to refine strategies. A Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing is preferred, with proven B2C sales success.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in B2C sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills to build trust with diverse clients.
• Ability to manage complete sales process: prospecting, pipeline, follow-up, closing.
• Experience using CRM systems and productivity tools to track leads and performance.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring or coaching junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Resilience and results-driven mindset in a high-activity sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales experience considered.
