Job summary

KTH Engineering in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead full-trades estimates for international commercial projects, mentor junior estimators, and own bid-day quality.

You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, handling US, Gulf, and Pakistani clients. Expect to build unit-rate libraries, perform quantity takeoffs, and defend numbers in client calls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating experience with at least 2 on international (US/Gulf) projects.
• Expert-level Planswift or Bluebeam takeoff skills.
• Strong command of CSI MasterFormat.
• Advanced Excel with lookups and error-proof formulas.
• Written English strong for client-facing scope narratives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit detailed cost estimates across CSI divisions for US and Gulf projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs in Planswift and Bluebeam Revu.
• Confirm scope with clients in writing; manage RFIs and addenda impacts through bid day.
• Review junior estimators' workbooks and sign off before delivery.
• Build and maintain unit-rate libraries from supplier quotes and closed-job feedback.
• Join client calls to walk through estimates and defend the numbers.

About The Role

What you will actually do

Lead full-trades estimates for international commercial projects, mentor junior estimators, and own bid-day quality on the jobs that matter most.

You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit detailed cost estimates across all CSI divisions for US and Gulf commercial projects
• Perform and review quantity takeoffs in Planswift and Bluebeam Revu
• Confirm scope with clients in writing; manage RFIs and addenda impacts through bid day

Requirements
