Job summary

kthengineering in Gujranwala is seeking a senior estimator to lead full-trades cost estimates for international commercial projects. You will mentor junior estimators and own bid-day quality on key jobs, working on-site at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala.

You will prepare and audit detailed estimates across CSI divisions for US and Gulf projects, perform quantity takeoffs with Planswift and Bluebeam, confirm scope with clients in writing, and manage RFIs through bid day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level civil engineering or quantity surveying degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years estimating experience, including international (US/Gulf) projects.
• Expert takeoff skills with Planswift or Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong written English for client-facing scope narratives.
• Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit detailed cost estimates across all CSI divisions for US and Gulf commercial projects

About the Role

What you will actually do

Lead full-trades estimates for international commercial projects, mentor junior estimators, and own bid-day quality on the jobs that matter most.

You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit detailed cost estimates across all CSI divisions for US and Gulf commercial projects
• Perform and review quantity takeoffs in Planswift and Bluebeam Revu
• Confirm scope with clients in writing; manage RFIs and addenda impacts through bid day

Requirements

• Strong command of CSI MasterFormat organization
• Advanced Excel — structured workbooks, lookups, error-proof formulas
• Written English strong enough for client-facing scope narratives
