Qualifications

• 10+ years in building works, billing, estimation and quantity surveying.
• Experience with Punjab MRS, government billing procedures, price variation/escalation, and BOQs.
• Ability to independently prepare, submit and follow up all project bills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all running bills, interim payment certificates and final bills.
• Prepare bills according to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications and applicable Punjab MRS rates.
• Submit and follow up project bills until verification, approval and payment.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates and detailed rate analyses.
• Calculate price variation/escalation according to contract conditions and applicable rules.
• Prepare and process variation orders, extra items and non-scheduled items.
• Prepare and check subcontractor and supplier bills.
• Coordinate with site staff, consultants, clients and concerned government departments.
• Maintain complete records of executed quantities and completed works.
• Monitor project quantities, costs and material consumption.
• Check tender and contract documents and identify missing, additional or changed items.
