Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and ensure accuracy of BOQ for projects.
• Measure quantities and estimate material requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to meet specs.
• Analyze project data and report on costs and timelines.
• Monitor progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Assist procurement of materials and services as needed.
• Conduct risk, value management, and cost-control exercises.
• Advise on procurement strategy and contract management.
