Responsibilities

• Prepare running, interim and final bills in line with drawings and BOQs.
• Submit bills and follow up to verification and payment.
• Create quantity take-offs, cost estimates and rate analyses.
• Calculate price variation/escalation per contract terms.
• Process variation orders and non-scheduled items.
• Check subcontractor and supplier bills; maintain records.
• Coordinate with site staff, consultants, clients and government departments.
• Monitor quantities, costs and material consumption on projects.
