Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited in Pakistan seeks a Senior Quality & Process Improvement Lead to identify gaps in day-to-day operations, document findings, and drive SOP adoption across departments.

You will monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and support DMAIC and Kaizen initiatives while coordinating with teams to reduce rework and improve turnaround times. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is mandatory; Black Belt preferred, with 10–15 years in operations or quality.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in operations, quality, or process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory; Black Belt is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills; working knowledge of Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in day-to-day operations; document findings in a structured Process Gap Register.
• Support SOP creation and ensure proper implementation across departments; act as SOP custodian for assigned verticals.
• Work with teams to reduce rework and improve TAT; track rework rates weekly and escalate persistent issues to Head of Quality.
