Job summary

Midas Safety Pakistan is seeking a Deputy Manager - Quality Assurance in Karachi. The role requires a BE/ME and 4–5 years of experience in QMS, EMS, and social compliances.

• Minimum BE/ME degree.
• 4–5 years of experience in QMS, EMS & social compliances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems and SOPs to meet national/international standards and customer COCs.
• Perform gap analyses and implement changes with stakeholders to address new/changed requirements.
• Design projects to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability.
• Plan and coordinate external audits, prepare for audits and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits, issue reports, and close corrective actions.
