Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is seeking a Senior QA Engineering Lead to define and drive the QA strategy across multiple product lines in Karachi. You will mentor a high-performing team and shape testing practices in a fast-paced environment.

You will architect scalable automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, perform API and performance testing, and ensure security compliance while aligning with business timelines.

Qualifications

• 10–11+ years SQA experience with leadership background.
• Experience in Agile SDLC and release coordination.
• Proficient in Selenium/TestNG automation and API testing tools.
• Strong SQL skills for backend data verification.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the QA strategy across product lines.
• Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, dev, and DevOps teams.
• Perform load/perf testing and security validations (OWASP).
• Lead release planning, environment coordination, and post-release verification.
• Drive RCA, defect management, and quality metrics.
