Job summary

i3RL Private Limited is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to drive software quality across the development lifecycle. You will shape test strategy, implement automation, and collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure reliable releases.

You will design and execute test plans, build automated suites with Selenium and Playwright, and perform API testing to validate endpoints and error handling. Strong communication in an agile environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
• Experience with Selenium and/or Playwright for automation.
• Knowledge of API testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to write clear test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Comfortable working with developers in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the test strategy and plans for projects across functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Playwright.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for complex features and edge cases.
• Test and validate REST APIs, including request/response and error handling.
• Track, document, and prioritize defects with developers to resolution.
• Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning with testing estimates and risk assessments.
• Support release readiness through regression cycles and sign-off reporting.
