Job summary

Evren AI is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own test strategy across web, mobile, and AI features. You will build automated suites and ensure quality from planning to release, across devices and platforms, with strong API testing.

You will collaborate in sprint planning, run CI/CD testing, and mentor engineers on testability and QA standards for Evren projects. 5+ years in QA required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software QA with ownership of test strategy for web or mobile products.
• Strong automation skills with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium and API testing with Postman.
• Experience testing iOS and Android apps on real devices and emulators.

Responsibilities

• Own the test strategy for client products across web, mobile and APIs, from sprint to release.
• Build and maintain automated test suites (E2E, API, regression) that run in CI on PRs.
• Test AI features for accuracy, consistency and safety and build evaluation sets.
• Convert acceptance criteria into clear test cases with product and engineering in planning.
• Run exploratory, performance and accessibility testing before each release and report bugs.
• Mentor engineers on testability and set QA standards for Evren projects.

Job description

You're the person who finds the bug before the client does, and you care as much about how a product feels to use as whether it passes the test run. At Evren AI, you'll own quality across the web apps, mobile apps and AI features we build for clients, so every release goes out with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Own the test strategy for client products across web, mobile and APIs, from the first sprint to production release
• Build and maintain automated test suites (end-to-end, API and regression) that run in CI on every pull request
• Test AI features properly: check LLM outputs for accuracy, consistency and safety, and build evaluation sets that catch regressions when prompts or models change
• Join sprint planning with product and engineering to turn acceptance criteria into clear test cases before development starts
• Run exploratory, performance and accessibility testing before each release, and write bug reports engineers can act on straight away
• Mentor engineers on testability and help set the QA standards every Evren project follows

What You Bring

• 5+ years in software QA, with at least 2 years owning the test strategy for web or mobile products
• Strong test automation skills with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, plus API testing with Postman or similar tools
• Experience testing iOS and Android apps on real devices and emulators
• Comfort working in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) and reading code in TypeScript or Python
• A sharp eye for detail and the judgment to know which bugs block a release and which can wait
• Clear written English: your bug reports and release notes are easy for engineers and clients to follow
