  • Create simple animated graphics, short videos, and other multimedia content using Canva Pro or similar tools for social media, website, and promotional communications.
  • Work with project teams to identify relevant findings, achievements, and lessons learned, and translate technical information into clear, engaging, and audience‑appropriate communication products.
  • Review and proofread written, visual, and multimedia materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, professional presentation, and alignment with Cynosure’s communications standards.
3. Branding and Institutional Promotional Materials
  • Explore and develop new institutional communications products, such as annual reports, newsletters, and project showcases, including content development, visual design, and preparation for publication.
  • Design, update, and adapt Cynosure’s corporate profile, capability statements, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and other promotional materials for different audiences, sectors, clients, and partners.
  • Ensure consistency in Cynosure’s branding, visual identity, and messaging across communications platforms and institutional materials, including maintaining relevant templates and visual assets.
  • Support proposal development teams with the design and presentation of organisational profiles, infographics, charts, and other visual materials for high‑quality submissions.
